What We Do

• Store your Email only for login authentication.
• Sync your high scores to the global leaderboard.
• Temporarily process game moves for Multiplayer sync.

What We Never Do

• We do NOT sell your personal data.
• We do NOT show third-party ads.
• We do NOT track you outside of this app.

Data We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we store your Email Address and Display Name via Google Firebase Authentication. This allows you to log in across different devices and keep your progress.

Gameplay Stats

We save your High Scores and match history in the Firestore database to generate the "Top 20" leaderboard.

Multiplayer Data Lifecycle

Our real-time multiplayer uses a temporary "Room" system. Here is the lifecycle of your data during a match:

1. Created

When you generate a Room Code, a temporary document is created in the database.

2. Active

Moves (words typed) are synced live between two players.

3. Deleted

As soon as the game ends or a player disconnects, the room data is permanently deleted.

Third-Party Services

Google Firebase

Used for secure authentication, real-time database, and hosting. Privacy Policy

Google Gemini API

Used solely in "Find Word" mode to generate word definitions. We do not send your personal account data to Gemini; only generic system prompts are sent.

Your Right to Delete

You have complete control. You can delete your account and all associated data instantly without contacting support.

Step-by-Step Deletion

Open the Word Building App.
Navigate to the Settings menu from the main dashboard.
Tap the red button labeled "Delete Account".
Confirm the action in the popup dialog.

Warning: This action is immediate and irreversible. It wipes your login credentials and leaderboard history.

Children's Privacy

Word Building is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for deletion.
